Certified Nursing Aides

  • Provides assistance to a patient in the home with personal care (as hygiene and exercise) and light household duties (as meal preparation) and who monitors the patient’s condition.

  • Utilization of adaptive equipment and devices
  • Safe ambulation, transfers and the prevention of falls
  • Anodyne Therapy: Treatment for peripheral neuropathy to decrease pain caused by Diabetes or other co-morbidities.

Occupational Therapy

  • Therapy for those recuperating from physical or mental illness that encourages rehabilitation through the performance of activities required in daily life.
  • Goals are to help patients achieve independence, meaning, and satisfaction in all areas of their lives.

Speech and language Pathology

  • Therapeutic treatment of impairments and disorders of speech, voice, language, communication and swallowing.
  • Treatments address the cognitive problems that arise from brain injury or aging.

  • Assistance with financial and social resources
  • Assistance with dealing with social and emotional factors

Nutritional Guidance

  • Assistance in understanding, accepting and following dietary implementation
  • Assistance in the nutritional aspects of our Diabetes Management Program
